Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
This place was awful. My fiancee and I lived here for two years. Our neighbors have been robbed, cars broken into around ours all the time, our apartment has been flooded THREE times from water breaks. The tub above us is literally about to fall through the ceiling (it leaks water everytime our neighbors take a shower). Maintenance is awful and the inside of the apartment is about to fall apart. Good luck hanging a picture, it will always look crooked.
I do NOT feel safe living here anymore. It is convenient, however not worth it any more.
