I have lived in Scandia one year. I like it here and haven't had a problem yet. they were really nice to me when I was going thru some stuff. I have read all your comments and it boggles me. There hasn't been any bad things going on here, and in fact, I think it's one of the best places I've lived. Everything is close to my apartment and I don't really need to go very far to do a load of laundry or do some homework. I have no complaints at all. And whoever wrote that "cindy is a chunky monkey" obviously was more concerned about hurting someone's feelings than paying rent.
