I lived in Scandia for a year and id have to say it was one of the best apartment complexes ive ever lived in. It is in a very nice location, with many reasons why you should pick this place. well, again, the location its on the shuttle, really close to a&m...we use to walk to tailgates!!! HEB is right next door for all time food access. the people who work there ROCK! esp cindy the head lady in the office shes has a really cool attitude toward her job! the maintance crew was one of the friendliest around...they knew my roommate and i by name and they were always there greeting you even while they were carrying out there hard labor activities. within the few hours that you reported something it would be looked upon on getting a way to fix it! i loved living at scandia and will miss the community!
