I have lived in Scandia for almost 3 years. Yes the place is old, but they just repainted all the buildings and the interiors were already remodeled. The maintenance staff is awesome, specially Art. Thing used to get done around here quickly but since Cindy (the old Community Director) left things have been going downhill. I would no longer recommend living here, they are also increasing the rent so I won't renew my lease.
