ok if you just want somewhere to sleep
the court yard is trashy
the washers only work on cold
the maintance man is nice but isn't able to keep up with all maintance needed
poor patch jobs on walls and doors
upper floor sound to be unstable when walked up
stairs to upstairs apt are falling apart
mailboxes can be broken into
my car was broken into and no assigned parking and no available parking when student park here to ride the bus
