Let me start off by saying that the negative ratings on here are old. Even the ones from april 07. The Taos Apts. are under new management that is absolutly wonderful. Cedric is a really nice guy and will help you out when you need it. Hes also the handy man which is good because that saves you the time of having to deal with two seprate people. The girl in the office is really sweet and polite. The structure of the buildings are unique and well aged. They are about to replace the wood inside and outside all of the apartments.

All of the apartments point to the inside to make it have a tiny town feeling which is very nice. They kicked out every last one of the old renters because they were so horrible and screen who they rent to very carfully. Cedric lives at the complex so its easy to get in touch with him.

The parking isnt a huge problem unless you cant stand to walk a few extra feet when students park there. When they get new wood prices on renting will go up but it will be worth it 100% because of how well they take care of the renters here. Also with the new friendly people that have moved in its much safer, even during the night time.
