Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
This used to be a nice and quiet apartment complex when I first moved in. This is my second year of living here and I have hated it. The management has finally changed, but the living conditions have not. I have never had anyone spray my apartment for pests (not whithin the 2 years that I have lived here). My roommate's car was broken into. There is no security whatsoever. The police actually told my roommate that this complex has the most car break-ins in College Station! There are always beer bottles scattered all over the yard. I don't think I have EVER seen a maintenance person.
Take my advice, do not live here! You pay for what you get!
