Thus far, my maintenance requests were completed in a timely and efficient manner, and the place is very friendly. It's near the police station, is sufficiently lit, and the rates are appropriate. The manager has been very helpful and ambiable. The wiring is a little shabby, but not a pain. I'm pretty happy to be living here; I would recommend (and am recommending) it to people I know, and I expect to continue my stay.
