I will tell you the positive aspects about Sevilla first so as not to sway your opinion. The location is close to HEB, Target, Hastings and school. There. I finished with all the good points.


Now for the negative points-- the living conditions are deplorable. We have had the apartment flooded due to a proper drainage system outside the apartment. The carpet was soaked and it smelled to high heaven. The ingenious solution was to dry out the carpet with high powered dryers at our expense since they used our electricity. Also, water leaks from the vents when the upstairs neighbors take showers or overflow their toilet. Apparently this is a normal occurance because the front office doese n't say anything when I call to complain and they just send the maintanence guy who lets us know the water is coming from upstairs. Also, there is only one tiny window in the bedroom-- we are living in a cave. I prefer more sunlight so this living arrangement isn't working. Furthermore, my husband's clothes have been stolen from the laundry room. The trashy family who stole his clothes were actually outside the apartment sporting their new Tommy gear. The car has also been broken into but luckily nothing was stolen, I still had to call and cancel our credit cards just in case someone accessed the information. I really hate this place and regret having signed a lease. Based on my experiences, this apartment sucks, but I will let you make your own conclusion. Good luck. Before I end my story, the maintence guy scares me. He is always walking around the property with a strange grin on his face.
