(user photo) (user photo) <br /><br />View from my door during some rain. The water is up to my door, and it￢ﾀﾙs 10-15 feet of walking through water as much as 6 inches deep to get to higher ground. (user photo) <br /><br />A drawer full of dried up tortillas and dead roaches that greeted me during my move in.

Dont make the mistake!!

This place really sucks. I lived there for a year. There are a few good points. I won the lotto for one month free rent, and there are lots of places to park.
There are lots of bad points. My cable and phone jack in the bedroom never worked from day one. After 7 maintence requests and and 7 months of living there, they still do not work. We have an ant problem and they "came to spray" one time. We have cracks all over our walls and a hole in the floor. It is not quiet at all. I have gotten the police called on me for laughing and watching tv too loud. My advice is to get out or just plain stay out!!
