True, this place has its good points. Its cheap, close to campus and HEB, and not noisy, but it has many downsides as well. First of all, do not be conned in by the whole free wireless internet thing. There is a $300 deposit required. They say its free cuz they refund all your money. Well, in my case, I could only afford to keep it a month long anyway cuz I needed that money for rent! Pet deposits are $300, which is absolutely ridiculous. Although I was initially drawn by the cute floorplans, I soon found that my electricity bills were a direct result of our double high ceilings. Security is one thing you will not find here at Sevilla. Cars are regularly broken into in our parking lots. Broken glass and cop cars are a common sighting here. So, if you have a nice car you would like to keep or at least keep in tact, don't live here. I have lived here for just under one year, and I can't wait to move on to bigger and better things....
