(user photo) (user photo) <br /><br />View from my door during some rain. The water is up to my door, and it￢ﾀﾙs 10-15 feet of walking through water as much as 6 inches deep to get to higher ground. (user photo) <br /><br />A drawer full of dried up tortillas and dead roaches that greeted me during my move in.

Dark , depressing and expensive

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I have lived in another complex in College Station for almost $100 less that was a lot larger than Sevilla. Although maintenance is relatively quick, the place was in horrible condition when I moved in and I constantly was having to call maintenance. There are many other places in town that are nicer and safer....don't waste your time here unless you are desperate.
