(user photo) (user photo) <br /><br />View from my door during some rain. The water is up to my door, and it￢ﾀﾙs 10-15 feet of walking through water as much as 6 inches deep to get to higher ground. (user photo) <br /><br />A drawer full of dried up tortillas and dead roaches that greeted me during my move in.

This is the second (and by far the best) apartment complex I have lived in here in Aggieland. I enjoy the fact that most other tenants are families or college students that decorate their patios for holidays and are always friendly. The negative aspects described in previous reviews here have changed with the new management. The grounds are well-kept, cars are never towed, and I even won the drawing for free rent one month. My maintenance requests are filled promptly, and the maintenance guys go above and beyond the call of duty by replacing my smoke alarm batteries or air conditioner filter. The office even has a pizza party for the tenants in the fall. I also really enjoy the fact that Sevilla is quiet, unlike most other apartment complexes here.

I will definitely be sad to leave this place when I graduate.
