(user photo) (user photo) <br /><br />View from my door during some rain. The water is up to my door, and it￢ﾀﾙs 10-15 feet of walking through water as much as 6 inches deep to get to higher ground. (user photo) <br /><br />A drawer full of dried up tortillas and dead roaches that greeted me during my move in.

Good, affordable place to live

I lived at Sevilla until I graduated, and it was certainly a nice experience. The maintenance crew was very friendly; big ups to my main(tenance) man Eugene! The community is welcoming but unintrusive, which is nice because I?m a guy who appreciates his privacy. And there are NO solicitors ever, which despite what the signs say, is not true for other apartment complexes. Oh, and the way the complex is designed is really neat: the layouts are nice and roomy (and not like most other cookie-cutter apartment complexes), and the fact that the apartments face inward reduces the traffic noise immensely. It?s actually very quiet and pleasant.
