I've lived there for one year. The most irretating thing was the management. I have lived with termites for two months.

That's right. It took two months for them to get rid of it. I haven't enter my bedroom for two months. I couldnt remember how many times I complain about it. I even went to management office (yes, if you wanna talk to real manager, you have to go the office near by "BEST BUY") she did not even care. Guess what she told me. "I live with spiders all the time" I just still can not believe how the manager actually can say kinds of thing to a customer. I was gonna sue her if I got time and money.

I'll write a couple of bad things on top of the worst management in Bryan/College Station.

1. The parking lot is so dark, and that's not safe for girls.

2. Since no one cares who park in the Sevilla's parking lot. Church people park on every Sundays. Some students just park to catch a bus. Therefore, I had a hit-and run accident in the Sevilla's parking lot.

3. Oh, They've got 60's washers and dryers. Sometimes they just ate my quarters sometimes dryers are just rolling without any heat.

4. They advertise they got Free wireless internet. Trust me. It's no better than modem. I lost connection all the time. I didnt have any connection for 3 months because they did not notifiy residents about software upgrade. I was not surprised at all.

5. Last thing. They deduct $15 for a missing light bulb. I did not bother talking to the MANAGER if you know what I mean.


I dont wanna bother anymore.
Just Dont make a mistake like me.
Go to someplace else BUT SEVILLA. PLEASE.
