Where do I begin' We initially moved into an apartment that was left filthy, with the carpet not shampooed and something sticky in the pantry. After extensive complaining, they moved us into a newer unit. Even still the unit was poorly built with rotting wood,
and uneven steps.

The staff was disorganized and seemed to give me a different answer every time I called. Not to mention the fact that they were NEVER there! Anytime I needed their assistance, they were "out to lunch" - for three to four hours a day.

Safety was a HUGE issue - I saw police at our apartment on MANY occasions, I even witnessed a police chase in front of my balcony. Parking lot is dark and scary. On sunday mornings it is IMPOSSIBLE to leave your apartment. Or if you return, to park anywhere near the viscinity of your home.

Management was a nightmare. When it came time to dispence the deposit, the manager, Debbie, gave it to my roommate without ever consulting me or telling me they were doing so. When I called the manager to ask about it, she was snotty and rude before I ever had a chance to get upset. She continually said she was sending me my portion of the deposit, but I never saw it. If you would like to see your deposit again, and you live here, consider it non-refundable.

The only positive things about this place was the maintenance guy - always prompt and friendly. I felt sorry for him - with the shape and quality of the units, he must have been busy.
