(user photo) (user photo) <br /><br />View from my door during some rain. The water is up to my door, and it￢ﾀﾙs 10-15 feet of walking through water as much as 6 inches deep to get to higher ground. (user photo) <br /><br />A drawer full of dried up tortillas and dead roaches that greeted me during my move in.

Good, cheap living

I lived at Sevilla for 4 years and had no problems. It was quiet and most people kept to themselves. I will say though that when the new management company took over this year everything was alot better than before. The new office and maint. staff are great!
