Horrible is not is to good of a word for this place. Horrible would be a step up. This is the worse apartment I have ever in my life lived in. The day I moved in the apartment was not clean, there was pee all over the bathroom floor. I have been in Chicken and if you have ever been there you would no, this bathroom was so bad my dog wouldn't even go in there. There is crack in the ceil, when it rains we have showers in the living. Bugs, bugs, bugs I have just moved in to a roach motel, no no that would be a step up. But I pay people to let me live here. God I must be crazy. But they do keep the pool clean, well I think they do, because it is not yellow yet. This place is horrible and unfair that they expect student standers of living is lower then a street persons. Evey students deserve to live in a place they can call home. Not just a place to sleep eat and party.

I have lived here and can tell you from personal experience that this is not a safe place or a good place to live. It is over run with trashy management. The repairs are never done. 24 hour repairs service is a joke. I called because my A/C went out I called at 8:00 pm on a sunday, the man refused to come out and fix it and even refused to give me his name so I could report him to the managment. I need the air fixed because I have a heart condition and not handle the heat. The man did not care and would not come out. It took 4 days before they finally fixed it.
