After 3 years here, I must definitely acknowledge that the property has greatly improved. I believe management is new after some point in 2004, so keep that in mind w/ reviews written over a year ago. The new manager lives on the property herself and seems to have a genuine concern in making the property a better place to live. I recently moved out, and despite some considerable wear and tear in my apartment, I received every cent of my deposits (pet and security) back, even though the manager mentioned several items that would have to be fixed and/or replaced. Basically be a good resident and you won't have any problems.

The quality of the tenants has gotten a lot better. It's now a much nicer place without the thugs that lived here a few years ago. They have mostly been replaced with international families and older students which is good for people who like it quiet without being in actual international or grad student housing. This isn't a place to throw keggers every weekend.

One final note is that this apt is probably the best located complex on all the Aggie bus routes. The bus is 10 minutes to campus and 10 minutes back, and is never filled (unlike the apartments after Sevilla on the route which sometimes get left in the dust by a full bus).
