(user photo) (user photo) <br /><br />View from my door during some rain. The water is up to my door, and it￢ﾀﾙs 10-15 feet of walking through water as much as 6 inches deep to get to higher ground. (user photo) <br /><br />A drawer full of dried up tortillas and dead roaches that greeted me during my move in.

Since I have lived here the occupancy has seemed to almost triple. The new manager and management company have totally turned the area around. Not only are the residents better people, but the apartments are in much better shape. Maintenance has been extremely punctual. Even though they oversee several properties they have always fixed my things on time. The manager now also gives you an option to remodel your unit for just a little bit more rent. Not only is this a great place to live, the staff attempts to accommodate you and every request you could have. I definitely recommend it to all of my friends!
