When I moved in two months ago, I had a broken dishwasher and no matter how much I have complained they have still not repair it. And a week ago my bathroom ceiling started leaking water and they have not done anything about that either. Their repair staff barely speaks English and is lazy and totally incompetent. The laundry room is run down with half the dryers broken and the wash machines flooding the floor with great frequency. The pool area is pathetic and has no lounge chairs. The pool is not cleaned very often. The parking lot does not feel safe and is not a place I would park a high end autmobile. The staff is full of bull ---- about repairs saying it will be done "today or tomorrow" when it drags on for a month or two with nothing happening. Overall, this is a place to avoid.
