Well just to let everyone know that I am currently a resident at Sevilla apartments and I hate it so much that I would rather live in human feces. When I first looked at this place I only thought it was cool cuz it had upstairs and downstairs apartments. But honestly the outside was disgusting and kinda amusing. When I was taking the tour of the apartments I was wondering if this was a place where people live or the HEB and Target shopping cart collection. I saw about 20 carts parked all over the property. When we were shown the apt model that we would be living in i thought that it was nice because of the loft bedroom upstairs, but i was very skeptical about the burnt up kitchen and the terrible fire ants problem that sevilla faces. Moving day was fine but when we found out that we were paying an extra 20 dollars a month for a remodeled apt it wasn't worth it, the kitchens new lenolium was pulling up and the stove vent didn't work and still doesn't, the downstairs bathroom leaks water so that if you wanted to take a bath you could just turn on the water upstairs and let it leak through the ceiling. Also if you look around these apartments you'll find different trees with food on them, like butter sticks and cheese faces and one time i think i even saw a pork roast on the ground by the wooden deck that the apt lady told us we would have fun games and contest there to win money off our rent! what a crock! We did have a pumpkin carving contest that wasn't fair because we had made and excellent pumpkin but the ppl that won were workers at the complex, so really no money was given away.(i should have thrown a football at the office door) Well what more is there to say except that the laundry room is like swimming in the mississippi river and the mailboxes look like they were pasted down from the days of davy crockett and booie.well at least the swimming pool doesn't look like horse piss! ok yeah it does cuz the ppl that clean it are blind.well all i have to say is not to live here because your have bugs and leaks and accidents, but remember you'll always have food to eat around here cuz the trees are full of snacks

I say we get all of the old and new tenants together and take their butts to court!
