Do not move in here! I had multiple problems and nothing was ever done to fix them. First, my dishwasher only worked for three months and no matter how many requests I put in nobody ever came by. It even flooded my entire kitchen. Also, my hot water heater leaked on so many occasions that mold started growing on my walls. I was extremely good at paying my rent. It was never once late. However, on three occasions they said they never received my payment. I had to go to the bank each time and ask for copies of checks. Management is terrible!!!

I know what you mean, My counter in my apartment is falling apart. The ceiling in my bathroom is draining water from upstairs, the carpet in the hallway is always wet from the A/C. My stove was broke for 6 months before they replaced it and the A/C is always going out.
