I had more than my fair share of negative experiences with this place. I'll just address a few:

Repair service is incredibly inefficient. Of 5 significant issues I had while living there, only one was fixed within two weeks. The worst' I had a puddle of water coming up through the carpet in my bedroom. I visited the office several times a week to get it taken care of, and it took a month to get it worked on. But not fixed. The puddle returned twice more after repeating the same monthlong work-order pestering. Nearly three months of living like that.

When apartment shopping, I was told that the free wireless internet was on-par with high-speed cable or DSL connections. Over nine months of my first year was spent with an internet connection that was either out of service, or of such poor quality that is was effectively useless. Eventually things improved and I usually had a connection, but the connection speed was low and outages remained far too frequent.

Drainage is terrible, so be prepared to step through mud and puddles to get out of your apartment for a week or more after it has rained. And while it's raining' I suggest a raft (see picture).

On top of these and other issues, they tried to charge me on move-out for cleaning and damages for things that were dirty and damaged when I moved in. How dirty' See the picture for a taste.

In short: Poorly managed, poorly maintained. Stay away.
