I am a current resident at the Lexington Apartments. The managment is TERRIBLE and nothing ever works. Our A/C is always out, everything is always broken, and the maintance will never fix anything. The manager especially does not care about making the residents happy and it has been a terrible experience for us as well as many residents at the Lexington now. I would not refer anyone to live here.

I lived there for 3 years and I gave my notice and they told me to be out by August 14, which I was. Even after giving notice and leaving the apartment cleaner then what I was when I moved in they did not return my deposit of 575.00. I did everything by the lease and they still keep my money. It has been a year and I have made several attempts to have my money returned and they refuse to return my calls. This is the worst place to live in College Station. The management changes every 3 months and the people they employee have no idea what they are doing. The repairs are never made and if they are they are wrong. This is the worst place to live in Bryan/College Station area. Do not let your college kids live here. The crime rate is very high and the College Station Police Department knows this complex well.
