(user photo) (user photo) <br /><br />View from my door during some rain. The water is up to my door, and it￢ﾀﾙs 10-15 feet of walking through water as much as 6 inches deep to get to higher ground. (user photo) <br /><br />A drawer full of dried up tortillas and dead roaches that greeted me during my move in.

Good Place to live

This place is really not as bad as people say it is. I've been here for the past year, and I'm really happy with it. The rent is not high, maintenance is good (you call, they come) and location is the best in town.
Before moving in I was really worried about it, but I just felt like I had to leave a good review because it's not a bad place to live. It's quiet, the pool is clean, I've never seen roaches.
It is not a brand new place, you've got to know that, but they fixed it up pretty good.
