First, I live in a two bedroom townhome that's supposed to be "energy efficient." Consistently, my roommate and I have had over $60 in utility charges EACH ON TOP OF our $65 cap each. That's over $250 in utilities each month! They NEVER provide you a breakdown of your utility statement in comparison to other places where they'd put it in your mailbox automatically.
