This is a great place to live for anyone looking for a nice, quite, and fairly cheap place. It is not a fancy looking, luxury complex though. The rent includes all bills except cable and internet. There are cheaper places around the BCS area, but not many. My wife and I lived at Tower Park for a year while I finished school. There is great access to the A&M campus, HEB, and eating places. The staff is very nice, but the maintenance can be slow at times. We could also here our neighbors a lot if they were outside or playing their music a little loud. You could have some problems if you had bad neighbors. Overall, we enjoyed the place and had a nice stay.
