It is definitely not worth your money to live here. Yes, it is an awesome location, being close to campus and Northgate, but that doesn't make it worth it. The management is really rude, the dorms are not nearly as nice as the example one they show you, the parking garage is really dangerous (i.e. you almost hit someone everytime you drive in it because you cant see people coming around corners and its really small), my bike got stolen from the parking garage right after I moved in (it was locked) and they didn't try to help me out at all... and it just pretty much is not a good place overall. You can find a much, much better apartment or house for the same price or cheaper P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
