Not the best by any means

The Tradition was okay when I first moved in, but over the past couple of years it has been getting worse. Parking is terrible because all of the employees park wherever they want to in the garage which leaves resident with limited parking and having to go to the top floors of the garage, which if you live on the first floor is inconvenient. It takes like a week for anything to get fixed in an apartment, which is more like a dorm room that an actual apartment. You have two SMALL bedrooms and a small bathroom. Rent is about $800 right now. The only reason my rent is so much lower is because I have renewed my lease for the past 2 years. Also, the only way you can cook your own food is by using the community kitchen on the 4th floor. If you do this you have to worry about other people taking your food or doing something. There is a pool in the courtyard, but you have people out there at all hours of the night screaming and just being completely inconsiderate. If you tell the staff to see if they can get the people to keep the noise level down they don't do anything. I recommend anyone who is thinking about renting here should look somewhere else.
