For the pros of staying here at the Traditions at Northgate would have to be how great the location is next to Texas A&M University. I can literally get to my class within 5-10 minutes depending on the location of my classroom. Another thing is that, the staff is really friendly and are willing to help out the residents if they are in need help, from the leasing agents to the resident assistants.
