Treehouse is an older complex, but is within walking distance to TAMU and Kyle Field. The staff is great and friendly, every interaction that I had with them was great. The apartments are a little older and this does lead to repair issues, but they always corrected the problems in short order. The repair guys are great and friendly. If you are looking for a relaxing complex that is geared towards grad students consider Treehouse.
