Take my word for it, don't bother living here! Its been a rollercoaster ride from the beginning. The apartments we lived in were sinking into the ground from the beginning which caused all of my walls to develop inch wide cracks. To top it off, no one cared. It took reporting the problems to the city's health inspector's office to get them to act on it.

They are anal about little things. For instance you only get one parking tag and one visitor's tag. Anyone else you have come over has to park in one of the 6 visitor's spaces for the whole complex. Everyone else gets towed away.

Thank God snotty Sherri and Linda are gone forever. Shannon is the new manager and she is very nice, professional, and easy to work with. She has been very apologetic about her predecessor's faults and was even nice enough to let me out of my lease early for all the troubles.

The stuff in the apartment breaks down all the time and there are problems constantly with things like the A/C flooding the apartment. Thankfully, Jessi the head maintenance worker is a great guy who is always doing his best and working overtime to help people out. Don't trust any other maintenance people... one of them has stolen from me.

None of the apartments have washing machines and the two laundry rooms are full of machines that never work when you want them to. For everyone on the complex grounds, there are only 12 washers and 12 dryers... and since only half of them work at any given time, expect to wait to do your laundry. Even when they do work, the dryers don't do their job the first time, meaning you have to pay an extra $0.75/load to get the job done right.

I didn't believe the reviews about how bad this place is, but take my word for it: you don't want to go through what I've been through. This place needs a whole lot of changes before I'd recommend it to anyone.
