Did NOT have a good experience with treehouse for the 5 months I lived there in 2007. You may seem like you're getting a good deal on the price for rent, but beware...there are a lot of other costs you'll likely incur. They don't include cable tv in rent so you'll be paying for that on your own. They do have wireless internet, but they don't tell you that it's speed is comparable to dialup and sometimes seems slower. Expect to get cable and internet services from another place which was over $100 a month for the two for me. Tack on the electricity bill and you're looking at $150 more than what you're paying for rent. I thought I had a good deal at $525 a month for rent for a 1 bedroom apartment...but with all of the expenses I was paying nearly $700.

The kitchen is impossible to move in because its so tiny and the a/c is ridiculously loud. Traffic is miserable about 90% of the time unless you have 8 am classes in the morning. Management isn't that great either. I don't know how many times I went to the office at 3 or 4 in the afternoon only to see the office closed when they were supposed to be open until 5:30. It also took over a week for anyone to come and fix a couple of things I requested. And to top it off, they gave me $9 back from my $150 initial deposit citing a "smoke smell". But here's the kicker, I don't smoke!
