The manager is dishonest - you will never get your deposit back, even if you leave the place cleaner than it was when you moved in. There were roaches in my unit and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There are also shady people who go dumpster diving constantly - really creepy and gross. I also lived in several complexes on Luther Street (very close by) and they were all much better than this place.

Oh yeah, don't use the dryers (even the delicate cycle) unless you want all your clothes to shrink.

ha my house is full of roaches too so that is ok with me. I have a shredder too. I am going to try it out for only 9mths i picked this place because they let me have a lab and my roommate to have a dog too. so i will see if its worth it but anything is worth my dog's love I am going to bring some roach pesticide that you spray all over the edges of the house when i come. I think i will spray even before i see roaches just to deter them...and before i bring my dog down
