Do not move here. They are blood sucking people who will stop at nothing to impose fines and demand you to vacate the apartment for the silliest of reasons possible. A very very redneck place, you will not find any respite here if you are not white. They will have problems with you walking your pets around althought they claim to be pet friendly. maintenance here sucks, if you have a problem you can forget about getting it done soon. It takes upto 2 months for them to come around! Trust me.. you do not want to move here. You will find plenty of places around campus that are really good and worth paying for!
