The realtor we originally worked with was wonderful, but unfortunately left a short while after we started renting the house. When we checked out the house and did our "pre-review" before we moved in we let them know that the deck in the backyard was awful... the wood was rotted and old... if we jumped once we were afraid we'd fall straight through and they said they'd have it fixed by the end of Aug. Well, they didn't and two of our puppies were able to get underneath it and got poisoned (we're not sure to this day what was down there). When they found out about the incident they BOARDED up our back door so we couldn't go in the backyard can we say, FIRE HAZARD! The maintanence guy said they had mentioned something about "afraid of getting sued" ''' They didn't fix our porch for 7 months! They were absolutely awful and rude. The maintanence guy was very nice, but he had no control over when things like our patio could get done, so I blame him none. But overall, they are awful. I've also noticed that since my roommates and I have moved out (which was 8 months ago) the house has had 2 different renters and both have moved out. My neighbors at the time had United Realty also and their house flooded and the realtors didn't send anyone out for 4 days!!! They're just plain awful. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
