This is my second year to live here. The new management is wonderful. I have not had any problems. I understand that the management wants to keep the place nice, but they do come in the apartment quite a bit. I find it odd myself. Needless to say, when you have a problem they are their to help. The ant thing is so true. The ant man said he sprayed but my roommate was home which the man didn't know....and there is no way he had time to spray. He just said he did. The place is furnished, which is a bonus. That's the only reason I am living here and the washer and dryer is inside your apartment. I do think that you can find a better place for the money you pay. I have not had to deal with moving out...we will see if they charge me left and right...Oh, and the walls are thin so semi-loud noice is heard all the time.
