DO NOT LIVE HERE...IT IS HELL. The only thing the maint. people do is cruise a golf cart all day and pretend to pick up trash when the place is not that trashy. If ants could take things out of the apartment they probally would because there are more ants at this place than my farm in the country. The utility bill is so high you practically have to take out a loan to pay for it even when things are not used. My building is also sinking and the foundation is cracking...everything in my apartment is slowly starting to slant. Yea you get a washer and dryer but they suck too the dryer does not heat for crap and the washing machine shakes the building down everytime you use it. The management trys to tell you the good things but that list is about 10 times smaller than the bad things. The management and maint. staff are not very helpful or speedy to fix anything. They are always lookng for excuses to come into the apartment just to be nosy...that is it. They need to also spend the money they use on their little crappy parties and fix the buildings and everything in them. The parking sucks too it is pathetic that you have to park on the street at your own apartment complex as well. Oh and the rent is gonna go up again in the fall to so there are definately better places around town to live. If i had to rate this place it would definately be in the negatives somewhere.
