I have lived here for 2 years. But, I am moving out very soon and could not be more excited.

First off, the ants are horrible here. There are everywhere. I find myself having to throw away soo much food in the cabinets because there are always ants in them. PLUS after I get dressed, I find ANTS all in my closet and all over all of my clothes. I have also had a spider problem here.

The walls are SO thin! You can actually here people TALKING in the apartments next to yours. AND also, thin walls make HORRIBLE utility bills. My bills are on AVERAGE about $160 for two people to split. Thats insane! AND we dont really put our AC on unless its scorching hot because the bills will only go up after that...

I have recently been looking for a new place to live and found that almost everywhere else you get a better bang for our buck. ESPECIALLY since they are now raising their prices almost $100 (including the utility packages)

Parking is HORRIBLE! I actually GOT TOWED at my own apartment complex and the managment said there was nothing they could do about it. SO I HAD TO FORK OVER $150 to get my car back. AND alot of times there isnt even enough room to park in the complex so I have to park in the street.

There are no gates on this apartments like most of the others.. so thats not good either.

The staff is really nice... but other than that...I would not recommend this place at all...
