I have been here for quite some time and I have had a great time. Maintenance has always taken care of my requests. I've been able to have close contact with the managers and they've always helped me out with sticky situations. I haven't had a problem with pests, so I'm happy about that. My apartment being furnished is a real plus and I have a washer and dryer, so no quarters for me! I like being with students too, since it's a student complex and I've got to meet some people when they held festivities for the residents and free food;-)! I'm glad I'm not near the tracks too, overall I'm happy with my experience here.
