Decent but expensive

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
The apartment I rented was decent and clean and all the appliances worked. The parking spaces are kinda over zealously protected but most are in College Station. The only problem I had was that the rent was way too high for what you were getting. Luxury rates for an average apt.
