Yes there are sugar ants...they won't go away. It's very, very safe. Parking is good - I don't know what ppl are talking about' You have a permit so you have a spot. Maintenance is very responsive. The pool/hot tub/fitness/tennis/volleyball/basketball areas are always clean. Yes they say the pool closes and you're supposed to register parties - but no one does that stuff. Who really plans parties anyway, they just kind happen! I think they're the most attractive from the outside. The floor plan is kind of lame - a big rectangle & 2 squared. Haha. It's really safe though, cool ppl. I've enjoyed my stay here.
