I can't agree more with the negative reviews posted here. The problems that other reviewers mentioned are all TRUE. I totally share their frustrations and I can't emphasize enough NOT TO LIVE HERE. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear the people above you walking all the time. If you live on the first floor, the water sprinklers hit your window at 5 AM and it is loud! The maintenence people will walk off with your own tools and you'll never get them back. And the (new) management will try to get more money out of you any chance they can get. Good luck when trying to be civil or when complaining too! Everything around you is a facad. There is no peace here: Any moment could be a moment when you hear a loud noise from your immature neighbors, any morning could be the morning you find your car gone (towed), any meal can be the infested with ants. Theres just no end to the madness. You've been warned.
