this place sucks. it seemed like a great place to live it at first because it was fully furnished and i'm paying only $55 for utilities and everyone seemed nice. then..

my a/c won't work at least once a month and instead of replacing it, the maintenance guy just puts more freon in it to last another month

it was really quiet and nice over the summer but then you get neighbors and the walls here are REALLY paper thin. we hear our upstairs ppl walking around at 4am. it honestly sounds like they're throwing furniture around that's how loud it is. they also smoke pot all the time too and you get fined if there are cigarette butts and small bits of leaves/grass in front of your door. who knew it was YOUR job to sweep a common area'''

they say you can call management for noise problems so i called 4 times. not once did the noise ever cease and better yet, management gave me an attitude for calling them!!!

don't live here if you want quiet. only live here if you're a party animal
