University Commons Has Really Gone To Crap

So when you lease by the bedroom, my understanding is that you can only lease one person to a bedroom, unless you have a child under the age of 6 months, well my neighbor has 3 kids (over 6 months) and 2 adults living in a 2 bedroom apartment .. interesting huh' As for the walls in the apartment, you can hear people talk on the other side of the walls. Maintenance is horrible; our dryer hasn't worked since we've moved in & my neighbors dryer doesn't have a timer on it! Pest control comes in and has a can of Raid and sprays in each corner by the baseboards, what a joke!
