Yes the price is great....but you find out soon why it's so cheap. I have had my AC go out in the middle of summer because they didn't come to change the AC filter for 3 months! When they finally did change it it was too late the damage was done and the thing was black from dirt. My clothes dryer has been worked on once and still is broken. The furniture is old...the beds are foam on a frame. So if you do live there bring your own and put thiers in the storage closet.
Not worth the trouble!
