I have lived in the apartments for a year but moving out. The apartments are ok not the greatest but they are much better than any dorm . Before you move in here tell the staff that you would appreciate maintance notifying you at least 24 hours in advance before they enter your apartment. I had maintance come to my apartment 2 or 3 times without notice, they knock 2 times but then just use their key to enter. If you come across this situation just lock you indoor lock and call the office so it doesnt happen again. As far as maintance responding quickly expect a week or two for things to be fixed. Overall the complex is ok except for people throwing stupid parties at 2 am and then getting the cops called on them.(funny to watch when cops show up) There are too many people in the phase 2 apartments so when you go to park you might not have a spot near your building. Towing is done by A-1 towing every night so tell your guests to park by curb or they are going to be towed.
