Oh my gosh, this place totally ripped me off. I lived in a 4 bedroom apartment and the other 3 girls went home for the summer, so I was the only one left. When I moved out, I made sure to do the walk-through with them because they charged my roommate a lot of $ in bogus damages. Everything was checked off as "Good" condition, so I signed the paper. A month later, I received what I thought would be the return of my deposit...but no, it was a bill for $240!!!! (and that's on top of the $100 deposit I paid!) I thought there was some mistake so I called and asked for them to look back at the report, which they kindly faxed to me. In someone else's handwriting, and clearly whited-out, they had gone back in and changed the report. I never paid them the money, and they threatened to take me to court. Never went to court though.....

DON'T LET THEM SCAM YOU!
