Don't even think about it.....

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Let's start with the good things about this place:
- enough parking spaces and I always feel safe there.
- the maintenance guys show up fast and usually (not always) get things fixed pretty quickly
and now, the negative points:
- the office staff is the worst, they are nice as long as you haven't sigend the lease yet. As soon as you've signed, they make sure you know who's the boss now and treat you like the biggest piece of s....! Extremely rude and apologies don't really exist in this office.
- Not only are they rude, they are clueless, too. If you go there three times to ask a question, get ready to receive three different answers.
- the apartments look nice but are put together very cheaply. As a result, get ready to waste a ton of money on your utility bill.
- they waste money on stupid (and lame) parties instead of using it for something more useful (like keeping the pools clean).
- they say it's 24h maintenance on site but that's not really true. Basically, unless your apartment burns down, you won't get anybody to help you outside of office hours.
- the gym is small, old and disgusting and most of the machines don't work
- most apartments have a problem with ants and obviously, the office staff blames us for not cleaning our dishes right away.
- buy some extra towels to put in front of the windows because most of the windows are leaking
Our lease expires in summer and we'll definitely move out. However, the office staff showed us pretty clearly that they don't care.
